How It Works?

Scan the QR Code: Approach the QR code on the special ticket issuance screen at the institution’s entrance with your phone and scan the code. This action will directly open the queue number screen on your personal phone.

Select Your Service: Using the menu displayed on the opened screen, select the transaction you want to perform. With this simple and understandable interface, you can quickly determine your transactions.

Enter Your Personal Information: For your security, some of your personal information, such as phone number and the last few digits of your national ID number, are requested to register with the system. This information is stored on Q-smart servers under advanced security measures.

Track Your Number
: After your registration is completed, you can easily track the queue number received through the screens. When your number is called, enter the institution to complete your transactions.
