Initiated in 2017, the queue management system project aimed to elevate HalkBank’s customer services to a more efficient and contemporary level. A system integration featuring Q-smart E2 Enterprise kiosks, teller screens, and main direction screens was implemented across 947 branches nationwide.
Q-smart’s queue management system supports wireless communication with screens specially designed for customer relationship managers. Teller screens were implemented in various concepts, including desktop, ceiling, or in-wall, creating an aesthetic unity in both concept branches and those not yet renovated.
The system’s greatest advantage is the quick and effective resolution of technical problems. Thanks to Q-smart’s robust technical service infrastructure, technical issues are resolved within 8 hours in central branches in Ankara, Istanbul, Erzurum, Adana, and Izmir, and within 24 hours in other provinces.
